All horses competing in ASH rings must be registered with the ASH, registration papers to be presented for inspection. All handlers and riders must be financial members of ASH & produce proof of Membership on entry to the ring.

Conditions of Entry
●The Committee reserves the right to change the program if needed. ● Horses competing must be Registered Australian Stock Horses unless only ridden by a child under 13 years of age. ● The owner must be a Financial Member of the Society. ● Proof of registration and current membership card must be produced on day of competition. ● All riders must be Financial Members of the Society. ● Temporary Day Membership may be applied for on the day. A $20 fee will apply. ● Entry in the draft requires participation in all other challenge events. ●  All riders 13 years and over must be mounted on Registered Australian Stock Horses. ● All riders under 18 years must wear an ASA approved helmet when riding or handling horses. ● Under no circumstances are stallions to be handled or ridden by any person under 18 years. ● A novice rider is a rider who has never won first prize in the same type of event (except youth or consolation classes) at any show or event. ● The rider / handler are responsible for the control of the horse at all times. ● The rider / handler agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations as well as the code of conduct of the Society, and acknowledges that the Society assumes no responsibility for accidents incurred to horses, riders or handlers during the event. ●  Any competitor or exhibitor may lodge a compliant in writing to the secretary of the show committee within 30 minutes of the completion of an event. This must be accompanied with a deposit of $50 which may not be refunded if the complaint proves frivolous.
